Royal Bank of Canada and its subsidiaries operate under the master brand name RBC. They’re one of Canada's largest banks and one of the largest in the world, based on market capitalization. RBC has over 80,000 full- and part-time employees who serve more than 16 million personal, business, public sector, and institutional clients through offices in Canada, the US, and 36 other countries.

When RBC wanted to revamp their communication cabling in Quebec and the Atlantic provinces—for both their banks and administration centers—they brought in our project teams to get started. We gathered and assembled information pertaining to telecom, audio, and video needs either in leased or owned spaces, and set out to determine which global features would be required.

Throughout the entire project life cycle, our teams produced schematic design and construction documents, and assisted the client during the bidding and negotiation phases. We were involved through the construction phase all the way to project completion.

As the infrastructure is getting updated and upgraded, RBC is now better positioned to serve their employees and clients.
