Life Time Fitness - Health & Fitness Centre
When Life Time Fitness decided to open their first Canadian location, they needed consulting engineering services for the design and construction of their facility in Mississauga, Ontario. Stantec was the right fit to help Life Time Fitness achieve their goal.
Stantec provided site development and engineering services that included feasibility studies, site servicing and grading designs, approvals and permit procurement, construction documents, landscape architecture, and overall project management. We designed the site works in compliance with the City of Mississauga standards and the Ministry of Transportation Ontario Building and Land Use permit requirements.
Situated on 10 acres of land, Life Time Athletic, Mississauga is a three-storey, 150,000 square foot facility with indoor and outdoor pools, a full-service spa, a café, fitness instructors and personal trainers, an indoor cycling studio and cutting-edge fitness equipment
