Matt has dedicated his career to building equitable, healthy, and resilient cities, staying at the forefront of new mobility and building on his experience in multimodal transportation policy, planning, and design. He is a thought leader in emerging transportation technology policy, regulation, and pilot delivery. He offers expertise in shared mobility, mobility management, data governance, mobility hubs, and curb management.
Prior to joining us, Matt served as Spin's Head of Government Partnerships for Canada, coordinating partnerships, preparing competitive bids for micromobility licenses, and organizing learning opportunities for city officials. Before Spin, Matt built one of Canada's first new mobility programs at the City of Kelowna, launching Canada's third dockless bikeshare program as well as the first deployment of shared e-bikes and e-scooters in British Columbia.
In his free time, Matt likes spending time with his children and learning new things in the kitchen.
