In her role, Chantal is responsible for operational leadership for the Community Development team in Southern Alberta and Saskatchewan, leveraging her experience to drive project delivery, staff development, and financial performance.
Originally from Manitoba, Chantal relocated to Calgary for her civil engineering studies at the University of Calgary (UofC). Her love for the Rocky Mountains led her to make Alberta her permanent home. An interest in leadership inspired her to obtain a masters of business administration specializing in real estate studies at UofC. Chantal takes immense pride in her work, her relationships with clients, and her ability to find solutions to challenging design restraints.
Chantal is an active member of the BILD (Building Industry and Land Development Association) technical committee and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Calgary. In her spare time, she enjoys all things outdoors—camping, skiing, and hiking with her family. She is currently starting a homesteading farm and can often be found handing out eggs from her chickens to her friend and colleagues.
