Justine’s project management philosophy is simple—build high-trust relationships with clients though working collaboratively. Listen to their needs, be responsive and honest about project outcomes, and then deliver on those needs.

As the local government sector lead for New South Wales (NSW) and Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Justine spreads the word to local councils about the depth and breadth of our services in the region. She also focuses on strengthening working relationships with local government clients. She’s an NSW accredited Level 3 lead road safety auditor and a certified safe systems assessor. She leads audit teams to deliver road safety audits and safe system assessments and plays a part in the Towards Zero national road safety approach.

When she isn’t managing transportation projects, Justine lives an incredibly busy life as a mum, running a small business, and being president of the local public schools’ parents and citizens association. She also volunteers for a not-for-profit organization that rescues and rehabilitates native Australian seabirds and turtles.
