Dylan has served as project manager and engineer for numerous technical and economic feasibility studies, permitting, and design related to dam, reservoir, and small hydropower projects. His experience includes reservoir planning, alternatives analysis, and hydrologic and hydraulic design.
Working with his team to solve challenges and design and build projects for clients is what Dylan enjoys most about his work. A notable project of his is the Sherard Hydroelectric Generation Facility—this small hydropower facility is located at a municipal water treatment plant and will utilize excess pressure in an existing conduit to generate electricity. The turbine/generator sits in a powerhouse 30 feet above grade, using gravity to feed water into the treatment plant.
Passionate about doing good, Dylan aims to work hard and leave each place a little better than he found it. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family at the lake.
