Jeffrey’s success as a senior project manager for various municipal infrastructure projects lies with his upmost dedication to his clients with a high degree of care, effective and timely communication, and attention to detail.
For over 20 years, Jeffrey has been designing and managing the construction of municipal infrastructure as a project manager, designer and contract administrator in both the private and public sectors. This experience has given him a well-balanced mix of abilities that has enabled him to understand the challenges associated with delivering projects in a highly visible and interactive environment. Some of Jeffrey’s major work includes the West Transitway Extension, the Orleans Watermain East Link Phase 2, as well as multiple sections of provincial highway 655 in Northern Ontario.
Jeffrey has served as the past chair of the Ottawa Chapter of the Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) in 2008 and is a member of the Knights of Columbus. He enjoys skiing, travelling, and spending time with his family.
