Growing up in Madison, Nadia demonstrated an early passion for the environment, participating in her first river clean-up at age three. She eventually turned this passion into a profession, receiving a master’s degree in urban environmental geography with a focus on urban water resources, environmental justice, and policy.
As a senior project manager, Nadia develops various plans with municipal and regional partners to help meet local, regional, and state objectives. These include resilience, climate change mitigation with an emphasis on infrastructure protection, watershed, and green infrastructure plans. She focuses not only on developing the plans but on building projects that help achieve community, environmental, and economic goals for stakeholders.
Outside of work, Nadia enjoys live music, meditation, biking, and hiking.
