Ben’s 35 years of consulting experience has led to a long-term commitment to protecting the environment while developing the natural resources of the West. His strengths are in communication and team building, but he holds a particular passion for planning and engineering project development.
Ben has had a hand in many of his office’s most influential projects, including Newmont, Barrick, Midway Gold, Noble Energy, and more recently Halliburton and McEwen Mining. His work with environmental permitting helps these companies establish or grow business in Nevada while protecting its natural resources.
Ben and his wife live with a pair of German Shepherds in south Reno. He enjoys the outdoors, hunting, and fishing. Recently, he retired from over a decade on the board of directors for the local Habitat for Humanity, though he looks forward to being a part of their continued growth and new development in northern Nevada.
