Natalie manages architecture teams and provides design coordination on industrial building projects throughout North America. Focused on large-scale developments, she has experience in industrial, warehouse and distribution, commercial, and workplace design.
Adept at addressing challenging topics, Natalie strives to ask the right questions, analyze the input she receives, and identify the path required to drive a project toward resolution. Drawing on her strong organizational skills, she’s interested process improvement, especially communication and design workflows that help foster collaboration across disciplines and locations.
As the office leader for our downtown Pittsburgh office, Natalie oversees office operations as well as local community and employee engagement. In support of progressing our culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, she dedicates herself to strategic staff recruitment and advocacy for women in architecture.
