As a member of our Indigenous Business and Relations team, Rachel supports our people in building relationships with communities and creating an inclusive culture based on respect and empathy. She has a wealth of experience in implementing equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
Rachel has been involved in First Nations education across various regions for nearly ten years, where she has forged lasting ties with the communities. She has worked with Indigenous communities, government agencies, and private businesses on a variety of fronts, including economic development, policy development, restorative justice, education, and cultural revitalization.
In her spare time, Rachel enjoys reading, and exploring the outdoors with her husky, Pixie.
