David is responsible for our Urban Places and Transportation groups serving the Bas-Saint-Laurent, Gaspésie and part of the Côte-Nord region in Quebec. In his highly versatile role, he’s involved in developing proposals, assessing, managing, and designing projects, as well as mentoring his team, among other things.
Taking a collaborative approach with clients and colleagues, David provides professional advice and leadership. Among the many projects he’s led with his team, most notable is the rehabilitation of Route 132 in Forillon National Park in the Gaspé Peninsula. David was responsible for most of the design and all the supervision work on this major four-year project. He also acted as project manager, designer, and supervisor for the replacement of a nine kilometre (5.6 mile) water intake pipe for the City of Rimouski—a major multidisciplinary project carried out in collaboration with several provincial ministries and agencies in Quebec.
When he isn’t working on infrastructure projects, David enjoys hunting and getting out into the woods every autumn.
