Esmond has experience with process mechanical engineering and project coordination for projects within the water and wastewater treatment sectors. His passion for engineering is driven by his curiosity to understand how things work. He embraces the idea of learning by doing—he enjoys the challenge of identifying problems and developing solutions.
Drawing on this approach, Esmond has participated in diverse projects spanning the entire project life cycle from conception and detailed design to construction, operation, and maintenance. He’s helped deliver projects under traditional and alternative project delivery models. One of his most notable projects involved delivering a high-profile $1.5 billion water reclamation facility project.
When he’s not working on water projects, Esmond enjoys traveling and participating in outdoor activities that allow him to explore all the beauty the natural world has to offer.
