With nearly two decades of experience that spans many sectors, Jeff is a highly accomplished engineering executive. He specializes in capital project management, operational reliability, and strategic planning, while always optimizing engineering processes and enhancing operational efficiency. His leadership philosophy centers around strategic, results-driven decision-making, while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Most recently, Jeff served as vice president of our Engineering and Reliability group for a building products manufacture. His role included capital plan management, leading key acquisitions and capacity expansions as well as enhancing operational efficiency. Two notable projects included the acquisition of an idle facility and the construction of a new greenfield facility—both facilities that supported strategic growth. Prior to that, Jeff spent over a decade as a project manager and supervisor, where he led teams of engineers on multidisciplinary projects including the $120 million conversion of an oriented strand board (OSB) facility into a siding mill.
When he’s not leading complex projects, Jeff enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.
