Janice is a master of science graduate with research experience related to the management and remediation of contaminated sites, specifically with a focus on per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). She’s helped support Stantec’s Canadian PFAS team through internal and external presentations, literature reviews, project support, and field training.
Her career at Stantec began with field program support relating to Phase I, II, and III environmental site assessments (ESAs), soil and groundwater remediation, and environmental site monitoring. Janice developed strong research and technical writing skills through her master’s program and provides significant reporting support for various projects, including contamination overview studies, remedial options analysis, and ESAs.
Janice is a key team member for several large federal programs, in addition to working on projects with clients in the private, municipal, and oil and gas sectors.
