Greg prides himself in executing the careful balancing act of engineering, design, and agency requirements on his projects. Over his career, he’s managed a multitude of large-scale, complex infrastructure projects, including transit developments, waterfront structures, parks, streetscapes, and plazas.
Greg believes that these projects must service the communities in which they are built, and it’s his ability to coordinate amongst technical and design disciplines, agency requirements, the client team, key stakeholders, and the public that results in successful project delivery.
Facing a changing environment, Greg also knows infrastructure must be both resilient and sustainable, and he makes it his responsibility to incorporate these goals into his projects. As project manager, Greg is known as a trusted advisor for both his project teams and his clients and is always strategically evaluating how pieces of projects fit together while not losing sight of the long-term objectives.
