Over the course of Gyan’s career, he’s worked on projects and pursuit teams on a national scale, providing technical, operational, and account management leadership. Drawing on his extensive experience in public transportation infrastructure, he has been involved in rail, transit, and transportation projects with clients such as the Southern California Regional Rail Authority/Metrolink, LA Metro, and the California High-Speed Rail Authority. He successfully builds client relationships by encouraging interested parties, elected officials, and local communities to share project goals and delivery milestones.
Specializing in rail and transit, Gyan has worked as a project manager on large infrastructure programs that involve a wide variety of modes including Class 1 railroads. He enables efficient coordination across multidisciplinary projects, using a proactive approach to bring innovative solutions to challenges.
