Cornell is a project manager and environmental scientist with experience providing environmental compliance support services to federal agencies, particularly the Department of Defense, as well as private sector clients. He has assisted with the development of the final governing standards (FGS) for Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands and has evaluated U.S. Army installations against these standards.
As a branch manager, Cornell also provides environmental training and education support to U.S. Marine Corps installations. In addition, Cornell has experience in environmental management systems (EMSs), air emissions permitting and reporting, conducting Phase I environmental site assessments (ESAs), and providing wastewater sampling and water quality testing on a routine basis for clients in Virginia.
