In her role as principal and environmental planner, Coleen draws on her natural resource management knowledge and extensive professional planning experience. With a planning practice that spans more than three decades, she focuses on natural resource, land use, community, and safety planning that incorporates and supports local and regional resilience. Her work includes leading California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) clearance efforts.

Coleen’s work and life passion come together in the Sierra Nevada, where she also spends down-time hiking, skiing, swimming, backpacking, and sharing time with family and friends in the Range of Light.
