With a belief that the maintenance and expansion of water and wastewater facilities is an often under-appreciated part of keeping our communities safe, Carol enjoys her work. Having over twelve years of experience, she’s a project manager in the planning and design of various civil engineering projects—her passions lie in projects geared towards sustainability, reuse, and wastewater.
Carol began her career internationally, working on sustainable water treatment plants. Continuing her career in Houston, her efforts consist of a wide variety of water and wastewater projects. A most memorable project effort? Working alongside her Houston team to complete the Hurricane Harvey FEMA asset management evaluations under tight schedule pressures and taking that information to support the City of Houston in submitting a FEMA hazard mitigation proposal for the Kingwood Area.
In her spare time, Carol enjoys salsa dancing and gardening.
