Over her 30-year career, Pamela has refined her understanding and practice of health, safety, and industrial hygiene. She began her career working in the oil and gas industry before moving into her current consulting role. Now, her projects range from evaluating indoor air quality in commercial buildings to the assessment of diesel exhaust, noise, and radiation on offshore vessels.
Pamela has cultivated a deep understanding of the issues associated with occupational exposures to various hazardous agents in the work environment. In particular, she recognizes the importance of effective risk communication in presenting the outcomes of scientific studies to concerned workers.
When she’s not working to improve air quality for workers, Pamela is a committed volunteer in the animal rescue community.
