Based in Houston, Texas, Jeff is the federal sector leader for our global water business. There, he leads and represents water and all other service lines for Stantec’s federal programs, including strategic planning and growth initiatives, recruiting and hiring, and managing delivery with our market sectors.
With a primary focus on Department of Defense clients, civil works, and public sector partners, Jeff is responsible for growing our federal water operations. Known for his teaming and collaboration skills, Jeff manages, leads, and mentors his team, supporting and collaborating with all markets and business lines. He has a unique talent for identifying new client opportunities, building strategic and competitive teams, prepositioning, proposal preparation, interviewing, winning, contract negotiation and program management.
As a former US Navy submarine navigation specialist and a former GIS cartographer, Jeff has a particular interest in military history and artifacts—something that pairs well with his wife Charlotte’s love of antiquing.
