With nearly 25 years in the energy, hydropower and dams, and transmission and distribution fields, Gautam has worked on hydropower maintenance, asset management, and construction support projects. He has also led teams of engineering professionals, keeping them on track to meet safety, budget, and performance goals.
Gautam is a mechanical engineer and regional sector lead for our Hydropower and Dams team in Western Canada. In this role, he focuses on developing a deep understanding of client needs and requirements, building capable teams to meet those needs.
In his spare time, Gautam enjoys traveling, swimming, walking, and karate for their physical benefits and the mental clarity these activities provide. Additionally, he incorporates reading and mindfulness practices into his daily routine.
