As a process engineer and project manager, Anni has a diverse technical background. She’s done everything from project management, planning, and detailed design to energy audits, condition assessments, and construction.
In addition to her technical prowess, Anni loves the nontechnical part of engineering and exercising her management and leadership skills. She is passionate about teaching and mentoring people and also used to host professional development workshops. Anni’s work philosophy is that we need to take care of the people who do the work—our work is important, so to set the team up for success lends to being a success for our client, the community, and the environment. She feels that what we do is helping save the world.
Anni loves spending time with her family, friends, and dog outside of work. She has been to more than 35 countries and to 42 states. On the weekend, her go-to spot is either in the mountains, gardening in the backyard, or reading a book at her favorite coffee shop.
