Ramon has worn many hats during his career, building a strong portfolio in sales, operations, and general management. As a member of our Water group, he draws upon this background to address water and wastewater infrastructure system concerns for Houston area municipal clients. He implements sale capture plans and leads sales efforts on projects for municipal water, wastewater, transportation, marine and port infrastructure, and more.
Ramon initiated and led the winning sales capture plan as well as managed the design of water and wastewater improvements for the Wonder World Drive, one of the most significant transportation projects constructed in San Marcos, Texas. The parkway routes through traffic, including heavy trucks, away from downtown and residential areas to provide an alternative and safer state roadway.
In his spare time, Ramon enjoys sweating in the gym, fishing, motorcycling, dining out with wife Catherine, and good-natured mutual teasing with his son and daughter.
