As an environmental engineer and project manager, Erika has spent her career in the consulting industry focused on the identification, assessment, and remediation of contaminants in soil, air, and groundwater. She has conducted and managed over 400 Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessment and remediation projects across Canada.
Erika is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario and is recognized by the MECP as a Qualified Person for ESAs (QPESA) under O.Reg.153/04. She provides consultation and advice to clients in community development, commercial real estate, insurance, manufacturing, power and telecommunication sectors. Her goal? To help her clients navigate the regulatory framework and manage their environmental liabilities. Her expertise includes leading large-scale portfolio projects under tight timelines, supporting the filing of records of site condition (RSCs) for redevelopment and brownfield projects, litigation and peer review, and excess soil management.
Outside of the office, you can find Erika spending time with her family outdoors and travelling.
