With a desire to develop solutions that stand the test of time, Russell has worked on a variety of transportation projects across the United States for more than 14 years. Whether it’s a small road rehabilitation project in Wisconsin, a maintenance program in Illinois, a major highway reconstruction in Texas, or a first-of-its-kind transportation solution in California, he believes effective teams with good communication, comradery, and accountability lead to the most successful and rewarding project completions.
Originally coming from Wisconsin, with a stop in Illinois, Russell eventually found himself in the great state of Texas. Wherever he lives, he’s maintained an emphasis on building and supporting his local communities. His goal is to develop long-lasting transportation approaches that minimize impacts on the human and natural environment.
When he isn’t developing sustainable transportation solutions, Russell enjoys traveling, cooking, rock hounding, and being outdoors.
