Tennile has nearly 25 years of experience in project and program management of infrastructure projects across the US Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. She has managed multimillion dollar investor-owned utility accounts across multiple business lines including environment services, buildings, civil design, and community outreach.
A senior principal and key account manager, Tennile’s favorite part of every project she works on is identifying a challenge and working as a team with the client to identify a solution that achieves the client’s commitments and goals. Most recently she partnered with a client to develop a geographic information systems (GIS) database solution for tracking easement rights and property access along utility right of way. The solution is now being applied across other projects. She loves that her career path has given her the opportunity to work with different teams across the country and build new relationships while fostering her personal and profession growth.
In her free time, Tennile enjoys staying active and getting outdoors. She’s run the Baltimore Marathon Relay twice and hopes to complete all four legs at some point.
