Tony has over two decades’ experience delivering complex, multifaceted projects in both military and consulting environments. His strength is using bespoke procurement approaches across multiple, geographically separated sites, often with a staged delivery, for large projects and programs.
Throughout his career, Tony has overseen infrastructure projects collectively worth billions of dollars within the Australian Department of Defence Infrastructure Division. Working together with his team, he secured departmental approvals for assigned infrastructure projects, undertook strategic reviews, and reported progress to senior committees and the Australian government.
Whether serving in military or consultant positions, Tony has often led geographically separated teams to achieve common goals. He has held overseas leadership positions and military postings to Malaysia and East Timor.
When he’s not leading infrastructure projects, Tony enjoys outdoor adventure sports and cooking interesting cuisines for his family and friends.
