With 33 years of experience, Kathleen is an American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP)-certified environmental planner, IAP2-certified public involvement practitioner, and expert in National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance.
As an environmental program manager, Kathleen is responsible for environmental planning compliance with nearly every environmental law and regulation—including assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and permitting. She’s experienced with natural and cultural resources surveys and environmental impact assessment projects. Her work has involved facility and infrastructure development, military training and operation, transportation, federal land exchange, commercial and residential development, and energy development throughout the United States. In her role, she supports technical excellence by participating in quality control reviews of project deliverables, as well as mentoring staff navigating complex projects and client relationships.
When not working, Kathleen enjoys section-hiking the Appalachian Trail and hopes to complete all 2,198 miles.
