Alisa is a results-oriented senior health planner. An American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA) board certified architect, she has over 25 years of experience planning and designing award winning projects for healthcare institutions across the country under various delivery methods.
A decisive leader and mentor, Alisa believes success comes from promoting users' input, process improvement, flexibility, forward-thinking approaches, and healing environments with access to daylight and nature. Her listening and collaboration skills along with her passion for healthcare design and operational improvement allow her to create healing environments for patients, families, and staff with an efficient workflow.
Although her work spans every type of specialty, clinical space, and facility type, she feels uniquely connected to her work with children’s hospitals and women and infants centers. She takes great pride when hearing positive comments from family and friends who utilize these spaces.
