George has two decades of environmental assessment, permitting, and design experience. He is primarily responsible for project management, assessment, design, construction oversight, and permitting support for ecological restoration projects. He has expertise stream habitat condition assessment, stream restoration/stabilization, wetland creation, state and federal regulatory permitting, cultural resources and threatened and endangered species coordination, environmental assessments, perennial flow determinations, resource protection area delineations, and water quality impact assessments.
George is a professional landscape architect with experience in environmental planning, opportunities and constraints mapping, trail design, parks facility design, landscape plans, and public outreach with a variety of landscape and planning projects, including landscape plans to remediate Chesapeake Bay preservation area impacts and designs which used native plants.
