Nancy is the urban planning team leader for Greater Toronto Area West. For nearly two decades, she’s worked as a planning consultant for communities across Ontario with a specific focus on intensification, major transit station areas, downtown revitalization, official plans, and zoning bylaws. She also has experience working for the Province, crown corporations, and municipalities.
A graduate of York University and a member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute, Nancy is practiced at managing multiple projects, providing supportive leadership for multidisciplinary teams, and prioritizing competing tasks to meet timelines and budgets. She takes an integrated and strategic approach to her projects—most recently on the new Windsor Regional Hospital, the West Arthur Secondary Plan project in Thunder Bay, and the City of Ottawa New Zoning By-law project.
When she’s not managing projects and people, Nancy enjoys playing baseball and tennis with her sons, cooking with her husband, and reading.
