Paul is a planning associate who works across England on diverse development types, from brownfield regeneration to strategic site promotion and greenbelt release. He is experienced with a broad range of planning issues and works within multidisciplinary teams, playing a key role in advising and coordination to deliver successful projects.
Paul’s passion lies in regeneration and optimizing the use of land. He strongly believes in the benefits of co-location and higher densities of development as a key driver for creating successful and sustainable places. He is currently focused on delivering the Lancashire Central Masterplan, a scheme that aims to deliver new employment and commercial floorspace within a strategic location capable of generating up to 5,600 new jobs. Other notable projects include the Heart of Slough Masterplan, for which he attained permission for a landmark building, and one of the first dual-branded double-decker hotels in the United Kingdom.
When Paul isn’t at his desk, he enjoys photography, travel, and exploring new places.
