With over 25 years of experience, Kimberly leads a team of over 20 field services staff on our Community Development team, providing seamless and cost-effective project delivery for our clients. Together, she and her team bring projects from concept to reality, seeking innovative solutions and challenging the status quo.
Kimberly’s vision revolves around cohesion, discipline, and working as a team—all aimed at achieving shared goals. In her position, she’s responsible for staff management and resourcing, the operational success of our field services team, project management and senior project support, and senior construction management support. Kimberly is also a passionate mentor—she loves seeing her team succeed as a result of intentional collaboration.
When she’s not helping her clients thrive or helping complicated projects come to fruition, Kimberly can often be found traveling, skiing, or spending time with her family.
