Ella brings a blend of energized project leadership and passion for human-centered transportation to our Urban Mobility group. She sees each project as a potential tool in responding to climate change.
As transportation is one of the largest greenhouse gas producing sectors, Ella believes shifting to greener modes is vital to preserving safe and equitable livelihoods for communities around the world. From transit project development to streetscape design and planning, her work bridges between building sustainable mobility and vibrant communities.
With its massive web of infrastructure, Ella recognizes the human elements of transportation that affect everyone at a personal scale. Loving cities and social complexity, she brings an equal blend of creativity and strategy to designing seamless transportation networks. Ella currently focuses on urban reconstruction and transit planning projects, including bus rapid transit and mobility hub planning.
For non-work fun, Ella enjoys getting involved with local theater, cooking, and long walks around Lake of the Isles with her dog Finn.
