Jarrod has always had a passion for the outdoors—he grew up fishing and hunting with his father, who helped teach him the importance of nature and why we should help protect it for others to enjoy in the future. Today, he’s committed himself to helping clients meet their project needs in a way that helps conserve our natural environment.
Known as a highly skilled communicator, Jarrod has worked extensively conducting threatened and endangered habitat surveys, aquatic species surveys, and Section 404 water and wetland delineations. He’s prepared various National Environmental Policy Act documents, including categorical exclusions, environmental assessments, management plans, and other documents for coordination with United States Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) guidelines. Jarrod is also a USFWS Section 10 Permitted Biologist and holds permits for American burying beetle, neosho mucket, ouachita rock pocketbook, rabbitsfoot, winged mapleleaf, and scaleshell.
Given his love of nature, it comes as no surprise that when Jarrod isn’t working, you’ll find him outdoors. He loves spending time out on his back porch, grilling food, and spending time with family.
