With nearly 20 years of experience in municipal infrastructure engineering, Jean-François leads our Urban Development teams in Lévis and Saint-Georges.
Jean-François’ expertise in designing aqueduct, sewers and roads, and stormwater retention basins—paired with his experience with worksite supervision, environmental studies, stormwater management and project management experience—allows him to make tangible improvements to his community's quality of life. He has a particular passion for projects with a human dimension, such as the development of a park for the rehabilitation of patients and sick children attending the Saint-Georges hospital.
Jean-François is assistant coach to one of his sons' baseball teams. With his family, he enjoys downhill skiing, hiking in the forest, and travelling.
