Talha began his mechanical engineering career in the Alberta oil sands. After spending the first few years gaining technical and site experience, he branched out into project engineering and then progressed into a project management role overseeing larger and complex capital projects. His experience ranges from oil sands to potash mines, and from mineral processing to liquified natural gas (terminals and pipelines).
As a project manager, Talha thrives on collaborating with stakeholders and orchestrating complex projects throughout their development and execution. Bringing a holistic approach to problem solving, he enjoys the challenge of changing client needs and the daily management of high performing project teams.
When he’s not delivering solutions, Talha is an avid sports enthusiast—from playing cricket and hiking in the summer to playing indoor soccer and basketball in the winter. He loves spending time with his family and especially enjoys watching his inquisitive son grow up.
