Michael is an AICP-certified planner with over 24 years of experience managing environmental planning and permitting for a wide variety of projects across New England. He specializes in the preparation and management of federal and state environmental planning documents.
When asked which industry he most enjoys, Michael shared that transportation projects are particularly meaningful for their ability to directly benefit the community. His work on the MassDOT Cape Cod Canal Transportation Study showcases his commitment to community and desire to always challenge himself. In managing this project, Michael expanded his expertise in traffic modeling and analysis, preparing and making public presentations, and managing tight deadlines and budgets.
True to his Massachusetts roots and transportation background, Michael’s favorite place to visit in Boston is Fenway Park, always using the Green Line. He also prefers public transportation while commuting and enjoys bicycling.
