Luke is a business centre practice leader and project manager with our water group. With over 14 years of experience working in both the Edmonton and San Francisco offices, he leads water and wastewater treatment related projects as a design engineer and project manager.
Known for his passion and dedication, Luke has worked on several small and large scale multidisciplinary projects. He understands that, in order to successfully deliver a project from inception to completion, there must be effective communication delivered within the overall team—paired with collaboration between the design team, client, and other stakeholders. Luke’s particular strengths are in client management, business development, and project management. He understands the importance and value of each team member to strengthen the working relationship within the design team and with his clients.
Outside of work, Luke enjoys endurance sports, travelling and spending time with his two daughters and wife. He’s completed several road and trail races in Canada and the United States and has completed several full marathons. Luke also sits on the Ukrainian Shumka Dancers Board of Directors, a company that Luke danced with for over 15 years, travelling the globe performing with world renowned artists.
