Greg brings over 30 years of broad experience in water conveyance and utility management to his role as a senior principal with our Water group. His technical specialty areas include pump station operations and maintenance, pipeline condition assessments, water resource and sediment management, and reservoir and dam operations.
For over a decade, Greg managed numerous critical infrastructure condition assessment, rehabilitation, and capital improvement projects as a chief engineer and then executive director of the Houston region’s largest surface water supply district. Most notably, he oversaw the engineering and construction of a $350 million interbasin water transfer project that included a river pump station, large diameter force main pipeline, and open channel canals.
Greg also served as an engineer officer in the U.S. Army for 30 years, attaining the rank of colonel. His time in the services included an engineer advisory tour in Saudi Arabia from 2011–2012.
When he isn’t busy working on water related projects, Greg enjoys traveling with his family, playing tennis or golf, and running.
