Josef understands healthcare projects are unique based on owner, users, location, capacity, size, occupancy, and type—because of this, each project deserves special thinking and new creativity. His experience spans over 40 years in acute care and outpatient facilities, supporting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services, as well as projects within the Department of Health Care Access and Information jurisdiction.
Known for going above and beyond to fulfill the client’s goal and vision while staying within budget, Josef prides himself on completing challenging projects. He works on healthcare projects throughout California and is responsible for managing his team and winning new work. A passionate mentor, Josef believes sharing knowledge with the next generation of mechanical engineers is an important responsibility for the future.
Josef’s priorities are patient care and client investments. He enjoys coming into the office every day and working with his team to design and build projects that will be used by others for years to come.
