As an archeologist with more than 24 years of experience, Jeffrey is a project manager who specializes in Indigenous and Euro-Canadian groups. He has authored or provided quality review on more than 150 archaeological assessments for various projects throughout Ontario.
Jeffrey has extensive knowledge of Ontario government legislation and archaeology standards, regulations, and guidelines across the power, commercial, community development, transportation, and mining sectors. Since 2017, he has acted as an archaeology quality reviewer and project coordinator for the archaeology component of the East-West Tie Transmission Line project in northern Ontario between Thunder Bay and Wawa. He enjoys interacting with the Indigenous communities and other stakeholders and sharing his expertise with the junior members of his team.
Passionate about martial arts, Jeffrey has practiced karate for more than 38 years and holds a sixth-degree black belt. He is involved with the World Karate Commission tournament circuit as a both a judge and coordinator.
