As a regional lead for our Nature-based Solutions (NbS) team, Lindsy integrates natural systems with traditional engineering across diverse projects. As a project manager and ecologist, she focuses on planning, designing, permitting, implementation, and monitoring of NbS projects throughout the US. Her work includes restoring freshwater aquatic habitats (wetlands, streams, riparian zones), coastal habitats (beach and marsh), and uplands (woodlands, grasslands, habitats for sensitive species).
Lindsy’s recent projects involve coastal resiliency and living shorelines, stream and shoreline restoration and stabilization, climate adaptation, and NbS for transportation infrastructure. She’s skilled at navigating the permitting process, mitigation and conservation planning, and engaging with communities to foster collaboration and project success. She also supports clients in securing and managing grant funding.
When she isn’t fostering resilient ecosystems, Lindsy enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, and spending time in nature with her family.
