Leading a team within our Geospatial Services group, Kelsey has more than ten years of geographic information systems (GIS) experience with emphasis on database management, field data collection, spatial analysis, topographic data analysis, cartographic mapping production, and ArcGIS online.
Kelsey is passionate about data management and creating accessible data products for non-spatial users, enabling them to easily view, understand, and interact with complex information. With a keen eye for detail and a dedication to data integrity, she makes sure every data product meets high standards of accuracy and reliability. In her position, Kelsey develops interactive web portals and visualizations that bridge the gap between spatial data and diverse audiences, leveraging meticulous data management practices to deliver products that resonate with users. She holds a bachelor of science in physical geography and a post-graduate certificate in GIS and geospatial management.
Outside of work, you’ll find Kelsey exploring the outdoors with her family. You’ll often find them at parks and playground throughout the city, enjoying nature walks and gardening.
