A senior civil engineer, Jerome has over 39 years of professional experience in many aspects of civil engineering and land surveying for private site development, along with municipal and public transportation and utility projects. He’s worked extensively on the development of stormwater pollution prevention plans for linear utilities, wind generation projects, solar projects, electrical substations, site development, and transportation projects.
Jerome’s experience also includes the complete civil engineering design of residential and commercial development sites throughout the United States and Canada. His responsibilities include all phases of design and construction beginning with concept layout, topographic and boundary surveying, preliminary design of utilities, roadways, lots, grading, hydraulic, and hydrologic analyses—continuing through to the final design approval phases and construction layout and observation phases. He has extensive experience with multi-agency review, approval, and coordination on all projects he’s involved with.
In his spare time, Jerome enjoys wood working, remodeling, boating, fishing, hunting, shooting, gardening, and spending time with his family.
