Cam excels in leading both linear and vertical engineering projects that use alternative delivery methods. He tackles complex challenges by fostering collaborative decision-making with clients and peers, making thoughtful assumptions, and meticulously sequencing tasks. He champions projects from inception through closeout.
During his tenure in facility operations, Cam integrated asset management with organizational functions including procurement, maintenance, and engineering, across various programs and supporting applications. These strategic initiatives streamlined processes, reduced administrative overhead, and enhanced system reliability to improve utility performance.
When he isn’t collaborating on projects, Cam enjoys the great outdoors and will happily talk sports or jump into a pickup game anytime. He loves his new home in East Tennessee, as well as revisiting his past communities across the US South and Mid-Atlantic.
