Working with our Transportation Infrastructure group, Boyd has over 35 years of experience in design and construction. He’s worked in all phases of project life cycle delivery, and really enjoys being able to see projects from start to end—Boyd’s known for his ability to put himself in a client’s shoes to truly understand what details and information are important.
Originally from Scotland, Boyd got his start in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry as a trainee site civil engineer. Years later, he joined our team as a project manager, where he worked on one of his most memorable projects: updating a 150-year-old Victorian system for Scottish Water to provide healthy drinking water for Glasgow. Boyd eventually moved to the United States for his second project with the Company and has served in several different roles throughout his over 20-year tenure.
A passionate supporter of the Glasgow Warriors, you’ll often find Boyd watching or playing rugby or tackling the latest outdoor projects at home.
