Working within our Water group, Matt draws on his expertise in water, wastewater, and environmental consulting, as well as utility design and management. His professional background spans work in Edmonton, the Rocky Mountains (Canmore, Banff), Victoria, and Vancouver. Deeply committed to environmental and public health projects, he recognizes the positive impact his work has on these critical areas.
Driven by a passion for excellence, Matt collaborates closely with his teams to optimize their potential and achieve collective goals. When working to design, construct, upgrade, operate, and maintain complex water treatment plants, he’s worked effectively with utility owners—building and managing large teams while navigating the intricate dynamics among interested parties.
When Matt isn’t managing multifaceted projects, he cherishes quality time with his family—his wife, three young daughters, and a beloved yellow lab dog. He also enjoys running, biking, and hiking trails around Victoria.
